How To Remove Blackheads On Your Nose With This Home Remedy

Blackheads: those tiny black bumps that appear on the face—especially the nose—and are caused by blocked hair follicles. Though not as unsightly as full blown acne, blackheads can still be just as gross. Never fear! They are easily remedied.

1.Tomato

A tomato has natural antiseptic properties that can get rid of blackheads overnight. Just mash up a tomato and apply it to the face, concentrating it on areas most affected by blackheads. The juice will dry up blackheads, and by morning, they'll fall off the skin.

2.Lemon

A lemon is very acidic—too acidic in fact! But it can get rid of blackheads. Just dilute some lemon juice, add some salt and apply to the skin. Let it sit overnight, and watch your blackheads wash off in the morning. The antioxidant properties of the lemon also give the skin a healthy glow.

3.Eggs & Honey

Make a paste of honey & egg whites. Mix it well, then apply all over the face. Leave it on for thirty minutes, rinse it well with warm water, and behold! No more blackheads! The paste will also leave your skin tight and with a healthy glow.

4.Honey & Sugar

Create a facial scrub of honey and sugar, and rub it on the face. Try to concentrate it on areas where blackheads are most visible. The mixture helps bring blackheads to the surface and so you can pull them off.

5.Soda Scrub

Baking soda can remove blackheads as well as freshen the skin. Just make a paste of water and baking soda so it has the consistency of ice cream. Use the paste as a scrub over affected areas, and watch the blackheads fall off!

6.Lemon+Sugar

Use a few drops of lemon juice with sugar (white or brown will do) and make a facial scrub. Rub it over the face to remove the blackheads. The sugar combines with the acid of the lemon to form an ideal scrub.

7.Cinnamon and Honey

This one is super easy: just apply a 5:1 ratio of cinnamon and honey, leave it on the skin for about five minutes, and wash it all off with warm water. The stickiness removes dirt from the pores and shrinks blackheads.

8.Oatmeal Mask

Combine oatmeal, tomatoes, yogurt and honey to make a facial mask. Let it sit together for ten minutes, then scrub it over the skin. Finally, wash it off with warm water. The scrub is remarkable when used daily for blackhead removal.

9.Epsom salt

Epsom salt is a great facial cleanser, though use caution when exploring this method. Dissolve Epsom Salt in hot water and add a few drops of iodine. Dab it over affected areas and use a wash cloth to remove it. The iodine acts as a disinfectant and the salt helps loosen the blackheads.
